1. Returns & Exclusions

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty or defective:

  • Non Safety Wellingtons: These are considered personal use items and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

All other products, including Chainsaw Boots, Chest Waders, Rigger Boots, and Safety Wellingtons, can be returned or exchanged provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or defective.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Timelines and Methods

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds are processed immediately and should appear in your PayPal account within 24-48 hours.

Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and approved. We will ship the replacement item using the same shipping method as your original order, unless otherwise requested.
