Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 15 days of receipt
Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, Non Safety Wellingtons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty or defective. All other products, including Chainsaw Boots, Chest Waders, Rigger Boots, and Safety Wellingtons, can be returned or exchanged if they meet the eligibility criteria.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RA number on the outside, and ship to:

    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or defective.

After we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds are processed immediately and should appear in your PayPal account within 24-48 hours.
