For hygiene and safety reasons, Non Safety Wellingtons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty or defective. All other products, including Chainsaw Boots, Chest Waders, Rigger Boots, and Safety Wellingtons, can be returned or exchanged if they meet the eligibility criteria.

5.4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
3. Wait for approval and a Returns Authorisation (RA) number
4. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with the RA number visible

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or defective.

5.5. Refunds
